This week I started my weight-lifting routine. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 10 weeks, full body workout. Let me just say that hack squats are a killer quad exercise if you've never done them. I am doing this in place of leg press as I don't have one.

nutrition were the key to prevent disease, or at least help diminish the risk.
